Meeting

Forge Republic is all about business and personal relationships, which is why we invite all clients to an initial meeting to discuss expectations, deadlines, and budgets prior to getting to work. During this period, it is imperative that the client communicates honestly about their budget so that we can come up with strong solutions within that budget.

Proposal

Every project is unique; therefore we develop a proposal for each client which outlines every aspect of the project. Our goal is to be comprehensive, leaving little room for misunderstanding and unmet expectation. Ultimately, it is clarity that will led to a better creative process, and offer an outstanding product for our clients.

Planning

The most critical part of the process is the creation of the plan; this is where ideas come to life. In this phase, we discuss everything from timelines to web functionalities and user experience. You will also find that our team will guide you through an in-depth strategic direction that will ultimately drive the creative process. After this stage everyone should know what is expected of them, and will feel some sense of urgency surrounding the project.

Concept

Development:  This is where the overall look and feel of the site comes to life. We usually present a few visual options inspired by the earlier phases, coming up with a concept that will be the catalyst for the final product. Here a solid conceptual direction is established before we move any further with the creative process. Content Gathering:  Here we thoroughly research the client's organization in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business. This research will help to shape the voice in which the marketing will be written; furthermore, we take our clients through a process which allows us to drill deeper into what the marketing will convey and how ideas will be communicated through the site.

Production

In this phase, we are essentially on our own. This part of the project will act as a conduit which leads us to the final prototype, in which we draft the content and code the website.

Testing/Quality

Check:  Here we test all aspects of the website proofing, editing, quality check, etc. This ensures that a product is created as our clients intended, and is always a part of our creative process.
